Continue writing for the topics using User Stories in Agile / Scrum projects.

I would love to share a business analysis workflow which forms a great set of work items at the beginning of the project I'm working on.

As usual, client(s) always provide ideas & directions randomly. Our to-dos should include requirement gathering / identification and of course, documentation.

After doing a quick impact analysis, we can proceed with breaking down the work items / tasks, or we can hand it over to the tech leads to roughly estimate the work load. Either the package becomes a Change Request, or a small increment which can be included into Construction, we all need to specify the functional & non-functional details.

At specification step, we might forget or miss some points which block the tech team from implementation. Then, a feedback loop should be ready in place to accommodate this missing point(s).
